We may remove any User Content at our discretion. We are not responsible for User Content posted by users.

Bunkers.TV offers various monetization features including subscriptions, donations, and virtual goods. By participating in these programs, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable tax laws and reporting requirements • Provide accurate payment information • Accept our payment processing terms • Understand that fees and revenue shares may apply

Subscription and payment terms are subject to change. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy.

Virtual currency and goods have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bunkers.TV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission • Use our trademarks without authorization • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Third-party content and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components • Results from using the Service will be accurate

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNKERS.TV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Bunkers.TV.
