Copyright infringement reporting and counter-notification procedures.

Copyright Policy

Bunkers.TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

If you believe that content available on or through Bunkers.TV infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement pursuant to the DMCA.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice of copyright infringement, your written notification must include the following:

Identify the Copyrighted Work

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

Identify the Infringing Material

A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform (URL or specific location).

Provide Contact Information

Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.

Include Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

Include Accuracy Statement

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Sign the Notice

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of Federal District Court
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Bunkers.TV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

False Claims Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.

Please note that if you make a misrepresentation in your DMCA notice or counter-notification, you may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
